Around the powerful Shimano EP8 drive unit, BULLS has developed the Sonic EVO AM-SL 2, an all-mountain bike with a soft-response chassis that makes epic day trips possible with a 750-Wh battery. The fascinating thing about it: 140 mm suspension, 29er tubeless wheels and a lowerable seatpost add up to a total package of just 20 kilos, which makes the AM-SL 2 clearly superior to heavy touring fullys in terms of handling and riding pleasure. Among other things, this is made possible by the extremely light Sonic E-Power carbon chassis with carbon linkage on the rear triangle and battery compartment without a separate cover. Four-piston brakes, 11-speed gears and dropper post round off this inspiring lightweight bike.
